Laurie Harris, CCAM
Director of Community Association Management

Laurie Harris joined the company in April of 2004 in the accounts receivable department. Soon thereafter, she was promoted to department supervisor in charge of accounts receivable and collections. She built rapport with homeowners, management companies, and title and escrow companies, creating trust and confidence in the system.

Laurie brings to CEO, Inc. ten years of teaching experience. She was an assistant teacher for the special education program for Placer County.

In October 2005 Laurie completed all of the requirements for earning the designation of Certified Manager of California Associations (CCAM).

She is also a certified Notary Public.


Michael Murray
Association Manager

Michael joined the company after relocating from the Bay Area. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Santa Barbara in 2001. He then started his community association management career.

Michael’s initial five years experience in the community association field required him to handle a number of significant operating issues at a 1,296 unit condominium association in San Bruno, California. Michael functioned as the facilities and project manager for the forty-six-acre property which included the management of the Maintenance and Custodial Departments, oversight of the day-to-day operations, and management of major projects such as a property wide interior meter replacement project, an emergency tree removal and planting project, and an interior redesign project.

He enjoys the opportunity community management offers to work closely with board members and homeowners to improve their living environment while operating within all the legal, ethical, moral and financial boundaries required of California Homeowners Associations.


Rachel Silveira, CCAM
Association Manager

Rachel Silveira joined the company in July 2006 with 4 years of community management experience in the San Bruno, Oakland Hills, Hayward, Fremont, and Newark areas.

Rachel is currently a member of ECHO and CACM. She has completed her designation of Certified Manager of California Associations (CCAM).

In 2005, Rachel was nominated by her peers for the Vision Award through CACM for "Rookie of the Year".

Rachel is a short term missionary and her travels include; Mexico, England, Russia, and Africa.
